House renovation
The house renovation is located in one side of the historic building built by Biagio Rossetti in the late fifteenth century . More precisely, the project is located on the top floor adjacent to the roof of the building. The project concern in a total restoration plan. Structurally has been partially intervened on the floor and on the perimeter walls. Architecturally all the spaces have been changed from the old unit. The building has a one room with kitchen and living area which is connected by a walk-in closer to the toilet and the bedroom.
In the ceiling are located decorated wooden beams which are part of an old coffered ceiling. The pavments used are of two types: industrial parquet and concrete.
All lighting was supplied by Viabizzuno company.
The furnishings of the living room, bedroom and bathroom have been custom designed and manufactured in MDF.
The heating system is made by a radiant floor, while for summer has been adopted an air conditioning system with hide system components.
